Omar Gastelum


mar Gastelum is an accomplished attorney with a strong background and broad experience in Family Law, Immigration, Real Property, and Civil Litigation.  On countless occasions he has shown a proven ability to negotiate and settle complex disputes and transactions.  Mr. Gastelum practices law in the State of California and represents clients throughout the United States and international clients with businesses in the United States.

Mr. Gastelum currently operates two offices; primary office in City of Industry, CA and office in Newport Beach, CA.


  • Manager of three law offices and maintains a practice which consists of 50% family law, 25% criminal law, and 25% immigration, real property, and civil litigation cases.
  • He handles and supervises all aspects of each case from inital consultation through to the completion of the case.
