Consultation
The initial consultation is free to clients who retain The Law Offices of Omar Gastelum and Associates, APLC. A significantly reduced flat fee is charged for the initial consultation; however, that fee is credited back to the client upon retention, thus resulting in no charge for the meeting.
In the event the initial consultation fails to result in the retention of The Law Offices of Omar Gastelum and Associates, APLC, the potential client nonetheless receives the consultation services at the significantly reduced consultation flat fee rate rather than the typical hourly fee rate.
Fees
Every case is unique; therefore, every retainer is different due to the complexity of the matter and whether or not the case will be litigated. Determination of the retainer amount will be determined in the initial consultation.
Payment Plans
We understand that it may not always be possible to immediately fund high quality legal counsel. Our office prides itself in working with our clients concerning their legal fees. These options include, but are not limited to, reduction in the retainer payment, reduction of the hourly fees, flat-fee agreements, and monthly payment plans. Said payment options are determined at the time of employing our firm.
