RECENT RESULTS FOR OUR CLIENTS

Some of these cases involve deeply painful experiences, and we share them with respect for every survivor and family behind them. Every case is different, and each outcome depended on its own facts.

$745,000
JUVENILE DEPENDENCY CASE | SEPTEMBER 2026

We represented a survivor of sexual abuse in a juvenile dependency case, which resolved in September 2026 for $745,000. It was part of the $4 billion settlement approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for survivors of sexual abuse in county juvenile facilities. We handled the case together with McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP.

$2.3 MILLION
EATON FIRE CASE | APRIL 2026

We settled this Eaton Fire case in April 2026 for $2.3 million. Every Eaton Fire case is different, and each one depends on its own facts.

$375,000
WORKPLACE ACCIDENT | JUNE 2021

In June 2021, we settled a wrongful death case for $375,000. A worker died after soil collapsed during the excavation of a swimming pool in Orange County.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR RESULTS

DO THESE RESULTS GUARANTEE THE SAME OUTCOME IN MY CASE?

No. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Each case depends on its own facts and circumstances.

DO THESE AMOUNTS SHOW WHAT EACH CLIENT RECEIVED?

Not necessarily. Some results cover more than one client, such as the $13.1 million for 13 survivors in the Santa Monica PAL cases. What each person receives depends on the facts of their case.

DOES YOUR FIRM WORK WITH OTHER LAW FIRMS?

In some cases, yes. For example, we handled the $745,000 juvenile dependency case together with McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?

You tell the attorney what happened, and the attorney answers your questions and explains your options. You decide what happens next.

DO I HAVE TO SHARE DETAILS WHEN I CALL?

No. Share only what you are comfortable with. An attorney can explain your options without asking you to go into detail before you are ready.
