Talk to an AttorneySome of these cases involve deeply painful experiences, and we share them with respect for every survivor and family behind them. Every case is different, and each outcome depended on its own facts.
We represented 13 survivors of childhood sexual abuse in the Santa Monica Police Activities League (PAL) after-school program. Coming forward takes great courage, and we are grateful to every survivor who trusted us. Their cases resolved for $13.1 million, as part of the City of Santa Monica's $122.5 million settlement in 2023, which the Santa Monica City Council approved.
We represented a survivor of sexual abuse in a juvenile dependency case, which resolved in September 2026 for $745,000. It was part of the $4 billion settlement approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for survivors of sexual abuse in county juvenile facilities. We handled the case together with McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP.
We settled this Eaton Fire case in April 2026 for $2.3 million. Every Eaton Fire case is different, and each one depends on its own facts.
In June 2021, we settled a wrongful death case for $375,000. A worker died after soil collapsed during the excavation of a swimming pool in Orange County.
Every case is different. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Results depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
